I am all about saving money and cheating.... so on this card I traced my chipboard M onto patterned paper. I had several cards to make. (That was fun to cut out.) I still have my M and knowing me, I always will. I am not quite sure why I am having such a hard time using them but I am. As you can see, I used the two punches from the mini catalog. ( both of which you need to get if you haven't already!!!) My guess is going to be that they will both be in the new catty!

Another Faux Diamond card!

This is a card that I made for a swap. I love this poor little set and sadly, we must say goodbye to it..... I don't know if you can tell, but the inside of the gumball machine is faux diamonds. The blue part of the machine is cut from cool Caribbean CS and there is a black brad on the front.

Here is a card that I made using the new ZOOFARI set and a few of the new In Colors, Groovy Guava, Wild Wasabi, River Rock, and Soft Sky. I really love this little set.... the words at the bottom are from a hostess set that will be in the new catty!! The scan is not the best, but I hope you like the card!

I wasn't going to get this set until I borrowed it from my aunt and fell in love with it. This is one of those cards that you can just whip together in no time. The layout goes great with pretty much any stamp set.
Time is running out for mini catalog orders.... I think everyone needs this set!

Shadow Box

If you have never made one of these shadowbox cards, you should. They are really quite easy and I think that they are way cute. I think that anything made with this set is cute though... wouldn't you agree?!?!

More File Folders!

This is just another file folder I made for McKinley. This time I used the old SAB SSK. I am really starting to love these simply scrappin' kits. The new hostess SSK we will be seeing soon is soooo very cute. Can't wait! You wouldn't believe how quick and easy these little scrap folders are to make.
Real quick... the measurements for the inside papers are...
5 1/2 x 4
5 1/2 X5
and so on.... til 5 1/2 x 10

You do this on both sides, left and right. I scored them at one inch from the top to make them easier to flip through. One simply scrappin kit is all you need to make this. There is more than enough stuff in it to create a simple or even a busy folder! Give it a try!

Click on the image to see it larger :)

Thought I'd share a pic with you!

This is a picture I took last weekend at Massacre Rocks in American Falls. Well I think that's where it is.... Anyway my parents were camping there so Sarah, McKinley and I took a quick drive to visit... and eat s'mores! It was beautiful there!

A fun little purse!

I found this little purse notebook at Big Lots when I went to SLC for Regionals a couple of months ago. It had a REALLY ugly handle made out of fake crystal beads and it had some BLING on the front. I saw potential in the poor thing. The colors are some of my favorites.... so with the change of the handle, a clear button, ric rac, and some micro beads I was able to turn this ugly duckling into something somewhat cute. It is going to be a door prize at my class on Saturday.... I'm not sure that I want to give it away though! Did I mention that I only paid $1.00 for this?!!? Doesn't get better than that!!

Recipe Swap!

I did a recipe swap some time back and found this hidden away in one of the many places my stampin' arsenal can be found. I just love Best of Cluck and I am very sad that it is retiring this year. Hey, does anyone want to do a 6x6 recipe swap? It is a lot of fun!
